1、稱重部分：稱量采用四傳感器模塊并聯(lián)方式，機(jī)械穩(wěn)定性增強(qiáng),提高稱量精度和抗干擾能力;采用梅特勒·托利多傳感器模塊，確保稱重四角平衡，模塊式方便安裝拆卸更換等；大大優(yōu)化稱重及維護(hù)的可靠性和方便性。

2、自動(dòng)脫鉤及自動(dòng)夾袋松袋口機(jī)構(gòu)：人工將噸袋四角掛在自動(dòng)脫鉤機(jī)構(gòu)上，再將袋口套入中間夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)，人工撥動(dòng)開關(guān),夾袋機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)夾住袋口。當(dāng)稱重卸料完成,顛實(shí)動(dòng)作完成(顛實(shí)動(dòng)作可設(shè)置次數(shù))，氣動(dòng)升降機(jī)構(gòu)將滿袋下降至托盤上，氣缸驅(qū)動(dòng)掛鉤以及自動(dòng)松袋口，氣動(dòng)升降機(jī)構(gòu)上升脫離噸袋，此時(shí)設(shè)備綠燈報(bào)警提醒叉車人員過來叉取。

3、氣動(dòng)升降噸袋顛實(shí)機(jī)構(gòu):噸袋灌裝過程中采用氣動(dòng)升降方式顛實(shí)。
